Confident in your career. Activated in your relationships.

Pensive Woman Thinking

Anxious Attachment and Breakup Recovery treatment — within a private, focused practice.

I work with ambitious, high-performing women who are ready to turn painful relationship experiences into deeper self-understanding and healthier future connections.  Many of my clients come to therapy during a pivotal moment — after a breakup, during a pause in dating, or when they begin noticing patterns across past relationships.

The Problem:

You may appear confident and accomplished professionally, yet in relationships you often find yourself:

  • Replaying conversations or texts in your mind

  • Feeling highly attuned to shifts in emotional connection

  • Worrying about where you stand with a partner

  • Feeling responsible for maintaining emotional stability in the relationship

  • Struggling to fully let go after a breakup

Many high-achieving women have mastered independence, competence, and performance — yet were never taught how to feel emotionally secure in relationships.  Without that foundation, relationships can activate patterns of anxiety, overthinking, and emotional overfunctioning.

THE HIGH-FUNCTIONING ATTACHMENT PATTERN-The Pattern Successful Women Quietly Carry

Career success often rewards:

  • Control

  • Competence

  • Emotional containment

Healthy relationships require different internal capacities:

  • Tolerating emotional uncertainty

  • Trusting connection over control

  • Regulating anxiety within intimacy

Ambition teaches independence and performance.  It rarely teaches your nervous system how to feel safe in vulnerability, connection, and interdependence.  This is why many highly capable women feel grounded everywhere except in relationships.

How I Help:

I specialize in helping ambitious women heal after breakups, understand the relationship patterns that keep repeating, and develop more secure ways of connecting.

Through The Relationship Reset Framework, our work focuses on three core areas:

  • Reflect

Understanding the relationship patterns, attachment dynamics, and emotional triggers shaping your past relationships.

  • Repair

Rebuilding self-trust, processing breakup grief, and developing emotional regulation and self-compassion.

  • Reset

Creating a healthier relationship blueprint so you can move forward into dating and partnership with clarity and confidence.

Rather than focusing on managing a specific relationship, our work focuses on changing the internal patterns that shape how you experience connection.

Who This Work Is For:

This practice is ideal for women who:

  • Are ambitious, driven, or high-achieving

  • Have recently experienced a breakup or are reflecting on past relationships

  • Notice patterns of anxious attachment or relationship overthinking

  • Want to understand themselves more deeply before entering their next relationship

  • Value insight, growth, and meaningful change

You remain ambitious and independent.  You simply become more secure, grounded, and confident in relationships.

As a wife, mother, and entrepreneur, I understand the complex pressures high-achieving women often carry — balancing independence, ambition, emotional depth, and meaningful relationships.

I built my practice specifically to support women navigating relationship anxiety, attachment patterns, and the emotional aftermath of breakups.  My approach integrates attachment science, anxiety treatment, and nervous system regulation to help clients move from self-blame and confusion toward clarity, self-trust, and secure connection.

My practice maintains a small caseload — no more than 3–4 clients per day — allowing each client to receive thoughtful, depth-oriented care.
